本机简介:

◎ 本机由送纸部、印刷部、烘干部、上光油部、开槽部、模切部六部分组成并可根据用户生产情况随意组合。

◎ 本机可以与纸板上料机、联动线、自动捆扎机、码垛机组成全PLC控制生产流水线，或者与接料机、边角清除机组成普通全自动生产流水线。

◎ 送纸部采用前缘送纸系统，也可选择伺服前缘送纸系统。

◎ 进纸方式可选择无轴进纸或有轴进纸。

◎ 配有高压吸尘、静电除尘、毛刷或毛刷轴三级除尘系统。

◎ 网纹辊可配胶辊或刮刀两种上墨方式，并且可快装组合。

◎ 传动齿轮采用优质合金钢，渗碳淬火后精磨制造。

◎ 齿轮采用喷淋润滑和润滑脂集中供油润滑系统，并具备油路平衡功能。

◎ 整机PLC控制。

◎ 除触摸屏控制以外，其他各项功能配有备份按钮。

◎ 双级人机保护。

◎ 具有一键洗墨功能，并自动停机，不需人员跟踪，可节墨(机器残留墨) 75%。

◎ 采用机组无触摸屏设计，在机器前、后端就可操作整机.

◎ 本机具有开槽、模切双层功能。

◎ 具备开槽、模切、双拼箱三个模块，均可一键成型。

Brief Introduction:

◎ This machine is composed of six units, which are feeding unit, printing unit, drying unit, varnish unit, slotting unit, die cutting unit and it can be freely combined according to user’s production situation.

◎ This machine can make up a full PLC control production line with cardboard feeder, binding line, automatic strapper, stacker or make  up normal automatic production line with stacker, corner cleaner machine.

◎ Feeding unit adopts lead edge feeder or servo lead edge feeder.

◎ The feeding adopts without shaft feeding or shaft feeding.

◎ Equipped with high pressure vacuum device, electrostatic dust, brush or brush shaft three stage dust removal system.

◎ Anilox roller can be equipped with rubber roller and doctor blade two ways of supplying inking, and be quickly combined.

◎ Transmission gear adopts high quality alloy steel, fine grinding is manufactured after carburizing and quenching.

◎ Gear adopts spray lubrication and lubricating grease centralized oil supplied lubricating system, and has oil line balance function.

◎ PLC control of the whole machine.

◎ In addition to touch screen control, other functions are equipped with Backup button.

◎ Two level man-machine protection.

◎ With one key ink washing function and automatic shutdown, it can save 75% ink (machine

residual ink) without personnel tracking.

◎ No touch screen design of the unit is adopted, and the whole machine can be operated in

front and back of the machine.

◎ This machine has double functions of slotting and die cutting.

◎ With three modules of slotting, die-cutting and double split box, it can be formed by one key.
